Our Policy
ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST be confirmed in order for your appointment to be kept. Even if a deposit is paid, your appointment MUST STILL be confirmed. LAST MINUTE RESCHEDULES ARE HANDLED THE SAME WAY AS A CANCELLATION. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. In an effort to be more productive and considerate to all current and future clients, this is how we will conduct business. A confirmation email is sent as well as a physical call. However, you choose to respond is totally up to you, but it has to be done 24 HOURS prior to your appointment start time. A $100 CANCELLATION/LAST MINUTE RESCHEDULE FEE WILL BE assessed and MUST be paid prior to rescheduling a new appointment.
